Hi to you all - here's a weird one... following loss of engine power (reduced power motor management) on my XFS 3.0D 2010, we found a strange plastic piece stuck in the air intake! No idea how it got there or where it came from. Here is my question: has ANYBODY ever seen this piece? It looks like some sort of calliper, mounted on a rod, with swivelling action. Just enquiring if anyone has experienced a rattle seeming to be coming from the calliper? On inspection it seems the calliper pin is missing and I'm assuming this is making the noise. Will update with a picture.
