Update 3 (7/28/17 9:50pm): Finally acquired house. I drove home in a rental. They've agreed to cover the cost of a rental automotive if there isn't a loaner available. All I actually wanted was for them to provide me with a loaner or not less than a rental. Over some rough road take a look at tracks we had been jigging about in our very good seats, but as a rule the cruelty of the bumps and scooped-out tarmac didn’t fairly make it into the cabin. It just looks like they make no effort to offer customer service and have a policy of creating it as arduous as doable to speak to anybody with precise determination making powers.
